You’ve identified your target client. You’ve mapped their customer journey. Now it is time to organize the pieces that actually put you in front of them—before you spend a single dollar on software, subscriptions, or complex tools.

1. Organize Your Social Media Links

Try to keep your handle and name identical across every platform you use. Consistency here isn’t just cosmetic—it’s what makes you findable and trustworthy. A potential client who sees your brand on Instagram should be able to search and find that exact same name on Pinterest, Facebook, or YouTube without hesitation.

2. Write Your Bio from Your Mission Statement

Don’t overthink your bio copy. Go back to the core mission statement you’ve already defined for your brand and let it do the heavy lifting. When your mission is clear, your bio practically writes itself, ensuring your messaging stays rock-solid regardless of where it lives.

3. Structure Your Content & Ads in 3 Core Sections

Whether you are creating a daily social post or running an ad campaign, structure your message using this 3-part framework:

  • The Hook: The very first line has one job—stop the scroll. Speak directly to the specific pain point or goal you identified in Part 1.
  • The Main Body: This is where the Pain Point → Agitation → Resolution structure goes to work. Name the problem, help them recognize the real cost of leaving it unsolved, and introduce your offer as the clear path forward.
  • The Call to Action (CTA): Tell them exactly what step to take next. Give them one clear action—no confusion, no competing choices.

Why Organize Everything First?

Having this information mapped out in advance tells you what tools you actually need, preventing expensive guesswork.

Software companies will constantly market “must-have” funnel builders, complex automation suites, and endless platforms. But do you actually need them yet?

Completing your plan first gives you full confidence when you eventually invest in email autoresponders, sales pages, or scheduling tools. You won’t be buying them hoping they fix a broken strategy; you’ll be buying them because your plan clearly dictated they are necessary to achieve your goal.

Plan first. Build second. Everything runs smoother in this order.
